Mike Story, age 64, of Bullard, Texas, passed away on October 30, 2011. He was born December 17, 1946, in Dallas, Texas, to Ernest B. and Frances Earl (Craig) Story. On June 19, 1982, Mike married Patricia Ann Hart in LaFayette, Louisiana. He spent thirty years as a geologist in the oil and gas industry which included travel in seventeen foreign countries and twenty-seven states. In the last few years, Mike worked for N. L. Industries in Brossard, Louisiana and then at The Mudd Logging Co. in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Trish Story and son, Michael Story, both of Bullard, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Dana Clark. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday evening, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow.
