Micah Harbour, age 25, of McKinney, Texas, passed away May 11, 2014, in Allen, Texas. He was born on December 5, 1988, in Dallas, Texas to Joe Michael and Mary Catherine (Maddox) Harbour. Micah graduated from Plano Senior High School where he also played baseball. He was the captain of the Society of Automotive engineering formula one team at UT where he graduated in 2012. Micah was employed at Traxxas as a Design Engineer. He was a member of Pickups N Panels Club of North Texas.
Micah is survived by his loving parents, Joe and Cathy Harbour of Plano, Texas; sister, Haley Kilgore and husband Austin of Jersey City, New Jersey; Uncle, Randy Maddox of Austin, Texas; aunts, Cozette Foster of Gun Barrel City, Texas, Freddie Harbour of Waxahachie, Texas, and Linda Chandler and husband Wylie of Farmers Branch, Texas; cousins, David Williams of Vancouver, Washington, Julie Hogue of Hawkins, Texas, Donna Swaim of Corpus Christi, Texas, Becky Newman of Arlington, Texas, Jeff Busby of Commerce, Texas, Jay Busby of Commerce, Texas, Joe Patrick Busby of Wylie, Texas, Jerry O’Neal, Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas, Lisa Risinger of Midlothian, Texas, Amy Miller of Waxahachie, Texas, Stacy Reed of Midlothian, Texas, Michael Chandler of Dallas, Texas, and Misha Chandler of Carrollton, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Linda and Randall B. Maddox and Hazel and J.E. Harbour; aunts and uncles, Annette and James Busby and Judy and Jerry Oneal; great-grandparents, Nita and Newell Cambron.
A funeral service will be held Noon Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
