IN LOVING MEMORY

Meghan Rose Wilson

Jan 11 1994 - Apr 20 2015

Meghan Rose Wilson, 21, of Prosper passed away on April 20, 2015 in Auburn, Alabama.  She was born January 11, 1994 in Dallas, Texas to William Wayne and Julie Elizabeth (Boone) Wilson.  Meghan treasured family and friends; she was loved and she will be missed.

Meghan grew up in a Christian home surrounded by the love of her younger brother and her parents, and the love of Jesus Christ shown through her. A beautiful, strong, and independent woman of character; a natural athlete and talented artist, she captivated the room.

Meghan was a varsity basketball standout at Frisco Centennial, and was on track to graduate from Auburn University next year with a degree in Industrial Design. Her joyful spirit showed in her style and her award-winning designs. Her life was tragically cut short. We were all better for having known and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Louise Wilson and her cousin Grant Boone.

Meghan is remembered with love by her parents, Wayne and Julie Wilson of Prosper, Texas; brother, Mitchell Wilson of Prosper, Texas; grandparents, Martin and Rose Marie Boone of Springfield, Missouri and William Wilson of Amarillo, Texas; aunts and uncles, Laraine and Mike Anduza of Corinth, Texas, Tim and Cheryl Wilson of Fort Worth, Texas,  Bill Boone of Springfield, Missouri, Jane Arradaza of Frisco, Texas, Rose Ann Neu of Springfield, Missouri, Ben and Nicole Boone of Columbia, Missouri; cousins, Kristi Burns, Amber Anduza, Daphnie Boone, Michaela Arradaza, Chris Neu, Michelle Neu, Brian Neu, Tyler Boone, Julia Totton, Sarah Totton and Max Boone.  Serving as pallbearers are Meghan's basketball coaches: Reggie Waddell, Brandi Knott, Brandon Hicks, Lee Green, Jason Pea, Wesley Charles and Mike Gunn. They taught Meghan to excel and push her limits and she loved them.

A private visitation to be held from 5-7 PM on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco.  Funeral Services will take place at 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 6400 Stonebrook Parkway, Frisco TX 75034.
