Mary Louise Thompson, age 80, of Trenton, Texas, passed away August 6, 2012, in McKinney, Texas. Mary was born November 11, 1931, in Crowell, Texas, to Richard C. and Fannie (Schultz) Johnson. She married J. C. Thompson on June 9, 1950, in at First Baptist Church in Crowell. Mary and J.C. owned the Mary Thompson Mobile Home Park in Trenton for a number of years and were co-owners of J. C. Thompson Mobile Home Service and All T Services. They were members and former officers of the Texas Mobile Home Association. Mary and J. C. were also members of the local Trenton CB Club, former terminal agents for the National Trailer Convoy in Plano, Texas.
She is survived by her sons, John Thompson and wife, Nita of Frisco, Texas and Danny Thompson and wife, Bonnie of Melissa, Texas; daughter, Teresa Beaudry and husband, Robert, also of Melissa; grandchildren, Adam Thompson of Plano, Texas, Matt Thompson and wife, Briana of Lubbock, Texas, Briana Thompson of Frisco, Texas, Chris Benavides, Kimberly Beaudry, Larry Wayne Gaston, Jr., Larry Gaston of Trenton, Texas, Alisha Hansen and Becky Parker, both of Melissa, Texas, Danny Terry and Chris Terry; eighteen great-grandchildren with one on the way; brother, Paul Johnson of Garland, Texas; sisters, Evelyn Priest of Bridgeport, Texas, Martha Gann of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Nell Jones of Garden City, Kansas;
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Thompson in 1993, parents, sister, Linda Boyette, and brother, Joe Johnson.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 10, 2012, at First Baptist Church in Trenton, Texas. Interment will follow at Burns Cemetery in Trenton, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation beginning at 7:00 p.m., Thursday evening at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Leonard, Texas.
