Marjory Taylor Brown, age 83, of Richardson, Texas, passed away January 4, 2008 in Richardson. Marjory was born June 2, 1924, in Indian Orchard, Massachusetts to George and Marjory (Johnston) Taylor. She married Donald C. Brown on July 16, 1948 in Indian Orchard, Massachusetts. She was a graduate of American University in Springfield, Massachusetts. Marjory was the administrative assistant to the Superintendent of Highland Park Independent School District. She was a member of the Sun Oil Wives Club in Dallas and of the Presbyterian faith. She is survived by her sons, W.K. “Bo” Brown and his wife, Trisse, Donald Brown and his wife, Phyllis and Robert Brown; daughter, Barbara Weatherbie and Richard Morgan; grandchildren, Misty, Melody, Donnie, Robbie, Taylor, and Wills; great-grandchildren, Kara, Hayley, and Abby. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; and brother, George, Jr. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 12, 2008, at First United Methodist Church Chapel in Richardson, Texas with Rev. Clayton Oliphint officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
