Mrs. Margaret Wood, age 98, of Richardson, Texas passed away June 25, 2006, at her home. She was born August 25, 1907, in Baltimore, Maryland to Harry and Caroline Fink. On August 25, 1934 she married Everet Hardenbergh Wood in Baltimore. Mrs. Wood was a homemaker and a member of the Black Mountain Presbyterian Church in Black Mountain, NC. She is survived by her daughters Carolyn Wood and husband Norman Herzfeld of Wichita Falls, TX, Margaret Wood and husband Richard Ricketts of Garland, TX, and Louise Wood and husband Charles Peterson of Corrales, NM; grandchildren David Herzfeld, Steven Herzfeld, Julie Herzfeld Pitner, Jon Ricketts, Joel Ricketts, Renee Richmann Arner, William Richmann; twelve great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild. Her husband Everet, parents, brother John Scherer and stepfather Clarence Scherer preceded her in death. Memorials may be made to The Transvylvania County Libray, 212 S.
