Funeral services for Margaret Stogsdill Broyles, 94 year old Denton resident (formerly of Leonard), are scheduled for 2 P.M. Monday July 9, 2012 at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard. Brother Rick Richardson and Charles Wrenn will officiate. Burial will be in the Indian Creek Cemetery on Hwy 78 west of Leonard in the Nobility Community. Family visitation will be Sunday July 8, 2012 from 4 until 6 P.M. at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard. Mrs. Broyles was born October 19, 1917 at Trenton. Her parents were Jessie Washington and Inez Crawford Stogsdill. She married Thomas Preston Broyles October 4, 1936 at Leonard. She was a homemaker, an ordained minister for the Assembly of God churches and a member of the Leonard Assembly of God. She passed away Friday July 6, 2012 at the Atrium Medical Center at Denton. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Barbara Jane and Jerry Mallouf of Denton and Judith Elaine and Wayne Blair of Sherman; her grandchildren: Cheree Dawn and Jimmy Patterson of Ft. Worth, Darla Gaye and Mike Kirby of Rowlett, Derame Edwin and Jeanne Mitchell of Dallas, Braden Kohn of Germany, Brittney Kohn of Plano, Melissa and Jacob Thomas Patterson of Ft. Worth, Jack and Amy Mallouf and John and Chrissy Mallouf of Denton; Sister: Jerl Dean Rau of North Dakota; Nephews: Rick, Tim and Jeff Stogsdill of Trenton, Larry, Tom, and Ted Thompson of Leonard; Nieces: Carole Rau of North Dakota and Debbie Rau of California. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters: Ruby Drennan, Jo Jones, J.W. Stogsdill, Jr. and Dean Stogsdill. All the Broyles family members who have been so loving and caring, as well as all of Mrs. Broyles church family are appreciated so very much.
