Lynn West, age 70, of Whitesboro, Texas, passed away December 29, 2015. Lynn was born November 21, 1945, in Whitesboro, Texas, to Dave and Elizabeth (Mayo) West. He married Linda Burch on May 17, 1964, in McKinney, Texas. Lynn graduated from McKinney High School in 1964. He worked for Southwestern Bell and later AT & T for forty-two years. Lynn and Linda have been members of the American Boer Goat Association and the Oklahoma Boer Goat Association since 2003.
He is survived by his wife, Linda West of Whitesboro, Texas; sons, Kenny West and, Sonya of Pilot Point, Texas and Jason West and wife, Laura of Wylie, Texas; grandchildren Kenny, Jr., Jordan, Tyler, Jessica, and Sara; brother Dan West of Burleson, Texas; sister, Kay Bishop of Frisco, Texas; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2016, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas.
