Louis Frank Sabella, age 95, of Plano, Texas passed away June 24, 2010. He was born July 28, 1914, in New York, New York to Frank and Augusta (Grafeo) Sabella. Louis grew up in Brooklyn, New York. Louis married Mildred C. Ardolino on September 4, 1938 in Fairview, New Jersey, where they moved and raised their family. He was a welder and fabricator all of his working life. He moved to Texas in 1992 to be closer to family. Louis was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Plano, Texas. He is survived by daughter, Suzanne A. Bentler and husband Gilbert of Plano, Texas; son, Frank L. Sabella and wife Ruth of Charlotte, North Carolina; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Salvatore Sabella of Long Island, New York. Louis is preceded in death by his parents, wife, 6 sisters, and 4 brothers. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Mark Catholic Church, 1201 Alma Drive, Plano, Texas with Rev. Clifford G. Smith officiating. Entombment will follow at Ridgeview Mausoleum, Allen, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience to pay their respects and to sign the register book on Sunday. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
