Ms. Lorraine Parks, age 62, of Plano, Texas passed away July 22, 2010. She was born December 16, 1947, in Tonesket, Washington to George Wesley Phillip and Arta Thelma (Oylear) Greer. Ms. Parks was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She is survived by her daughters, Belinda Katz of Garland, Texas, LeaLonda Kaeferbek of Austria, Heather Mulroy and Valerie Caviness both of Plano, Texas; grandchildren, Jessica, Carissa, Allison, Katrina, Kramer, and Katherine; great-grandchild, Ethan; brothers, Wesley Greer of Spokane, Washington and Millard Greer of Omaha, Nebraska; sisters, Elizabeth Schacher of Tacoma, Washington, Beverly Brietenfeldt of Yakima, Washington, Kathleen Beauchamp of Kamiah, Idaho and Sue Lorz of Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Glen Greer and Lyle “Jack” Greer. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, July 24, 2010, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
