Loreta was employed by Haggar pants factory for twenty-seven years where she led morning devotions there may times throughout the years. She was always ready to witness for the Lord when called upon or led by the Spirit. Loreta had a natural talent for music and loved to play the piano. The old pump organ was traded in on a piano and she was playing tunes before she started to school. Loreta never took a music lesson but was called to play the piano for revivals in different churches throughout Collin County most of her life. She always had a great love for the scriptures; reading and studying daily. Loreta was a source of information for family and friends when certain passages were needed. She taught Sunday school for many years. Loreta was always ready to do her part and go the extra mile to help others in need. She was a devoted wife and mother and a special sweet sister.
