Lorena Arnold, age 87, of Allen, Texas passed away on August 3, 2006 in McKinney. She was born on January 23, 1919 in Forney, Texas to Roy Jones and Helen (Ledbetter) Jones. She married Edward Compton Arnold July 20, 1938 in Richardson, Texas. She was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Allen, Texas. She is survived by her children, Mary Virginia Crum, and husband Tom of Granbury, Texas, Sandra Howard and husband David of Parker, Texas, 8 grandchildren, Chris Holland and wife Laura of McKinney, Texas, Erin Gebhardt and husband Ted of Godley, Texas, Stacie Kerby and husband, James of Wylie, Texas, Josh Howard of Parker, Stacey Crane & husband Cavan, Martha Gensheimer and husband Chris, Curt Crum and wife, Katie and Carl Crum and wife, Betsy all of Ft. Worth, Texas; and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Helen Jones, as well as her husband, Edward Compton Arnold. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 6, 2006 in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment will follow at Plano Mutual Cemetery, Plano, TX. Mrs. Arnold will lie in repose on Saturday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
