Loren Rutledge, age 45, of Dallas, Texas passed away September 4, 2007 at his home. He was born February 2, 1962, in McKinney, Texas to Johnny and Jeanette (Carrell) Rutledge. Loren graduated from McKinney High in 1980. He received a degree in accounting from Baylor University in 1984 and a law degree from South Texas School of Law in 1987. He was an attorney for State Farm Insurance Company and was a member of the First Baptist Church in McKinney. He is survived by his parents, Johnny and Jeanette Rutledge of McKinney, Texas; nephew, Dustin Rutledge of Richardson, Texas and niece, Tara Rutledge of Richardson, Texas. He was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia “Cindy” Renee Rutledge. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 6, 2007, at First Baptist Church in McKinney with Rev. Kevin Weiser and Rev. Ronnie Frances officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Wednesday to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Wednesday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen.
