Lois C. Perkins, age 90, of McKinney, Texas passed away March 17, 2012. She was born January 12, 1922 in Collinsville, Illinois to Edwin Krietemeyer and Margaret (Elmore) Krietemeyer. On March 30, 1944 she married Pete Perkins in Baltimore, Maryland. Lois was a veteran of World War II. She was stationed in Washington DC working to decipher Japanese codes. Lois was a member of the Yucca Valley Elks Lodge.
She is survived by daughter, Margie Blair and husband, John of McKinney, Texas; granddaughters, Jill Miller and husband, Chad of Wylie, Texas, Koree Blair of McKinney, Texas; sister, Jean Weitzel of Fairfield, California and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
