Mr. Lloyd Barron, age 86, of McKinney, Texas, passed away March 2, 2006, in McKinney. He was born November 27, 1919, in Sherman, Texas, to James Jay and Dora Ann (Presley) Barron. On June 24, 1939, he married Alyne Brown in Van Alstyne, Texas. Mr. Barron was a member of North Baptist Church in McKinney where he was a deacon and a Sunday School teacher for many years. He is survived by his wife, Alyne Barron of McKinney, Texas; nieces, Linda Hill of Princeton, Texas, and Connie Franklin of Anna, Texas; nephews, Johnnie Brown of McKinney, Texas, and Mark and Mike Brown, both of Plano, Texas; and numerous other loving relatives and friends. His parents preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 5, 2006, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Dr. Bruce Austin officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Saturday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
