Lisa Duckworth, age 58, of McKinney, Texas passed away April 30, 2013. She was born September 8, 1954 in Dallas, Texas to Don and Marilyn (Moore) Duckworth.
Lisa was a well respected woman, she adored her co-workers and her job at Frito-Lay that she held for 28 years. She had a great positive spirit, no matter the obstacles that were put in her way. Her family and pets were her world. Lisa will be severely missed, but she will never be forgotten. She is an idol, a hero, and an inspiration to every person that crossed her path. The world has lost an amazing woman, but every person she touched will continue to keep her memory alive. Rest in peace Lisa.
She is survived by her son, Brian Duckworth of McKinney, Texas; daughter, Monica Santana of Greenville, Texas; grandson, Xanthius Santana of Arlington, Texas; brother, Michael Duckworth and wife, Lisa of Garland, Texas; sister, Karen Duckworth of Bonham, Texas; nephew, Clayton Duckworth of Bonham, Texas and a host of other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Marilyn Duckworth.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 2013 in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, Allen, Texas.
