Linda Mae Williams, of Garland, Texas, passed away on March 25, 2013 at the age of 71. She was born on October 6, 1941, in Bealeton, Virginia, to Ernest Daniel and Lelia Mae (Kearnes) Myers. Linda grew up in Bealeton. She worked at DSI Distributing for fifteen years as an operations manager. She loved her family and loved to care for her family, which she instilled as her legacy. Linda enjoyed traveling and loved the Lord.
She is survived by her son, James Patton Finnall of Bealeton, Virginia; daughter, Linda Finnall Craig of Garland, Texas; grandson, Jeremy Finnall and wife Amy of Bealeton, Virginia; and was looking forward to her first great-grandchild.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Lelia Myers and brother, Gary Myers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Collin Creek Church, 1905 East Parker Road, Plano, Texas 75074.
The family will receive friends during a visitation being held on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, April 1, 2013, at Moser Funeral Home Chapel, in Midland, Virginia. Interment will follow at The Midland Church of the Brethren Cemetery, in Midland, Virginia.
