Linda Lacy Sperry age 64, of Denison, Texas passed away on March 9, 2009. She was born on September 22, 1944 in Sherman, Texas to Malcolm and Eva Bell Lacy. Linda grew up in the Sherman area and worked for Caterpillar Financial for over 10 years. She enjoyed dancing. She was a member of the South Maid Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Glenna Kay Wright, Walter Wright, Jr. and wife Kim all of Blue Ridge, Texas and Matthew Sperry of Denison, Texas; grandchildren, Cody Smith, Cassie Wright, Carie Smith, Taylor Wright and Tyler Sperry; great grandchildren, Autumn Smith and Riley Smith; mother, Eva Bell Lacy of Sherman, Texas; sister, Sammie Glenn and husband Donald of Denison, Texas; brothers, Malcolm Lee Lacy and wife Denise of Sherman, Texas and Robert Lacy and wife Penny of Luella, Texas; cousins, Shirley Jean Holt and Jaynie Ann Inmon and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other friends and family. She was preceded in death by her father, Malcolm Lacy. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 12, 2009 in the Chapel at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, with Bro. Dennis Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Wednesday to pay their respects and to sign the register book.
