Linda Kay Richardson, age 68, of Wylie, Texas, passed away January 27, 2014, in Dallas, Texas. Linda was born January 18, 1946, in Dallas, Texas, to Eldridge Euin and Gladys Irene (Collingsworth) Uselton. She married George Andrew Richardson on March 15, 1970, in Oklahoma. Linda grew up in Renner, Texas and attended school in Plano, Texas. She worked as a private caregiver. Linda loved animals and working in her yard and flower beds.
She is survived by her brother, James Uselton and wife, Wanda of Wylie, Texas; sister, Joyce Morrow and husband, Don also of Wylie; children, Chris Richardson, Mike Richardson, and Billy Wayne Richardson; several grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Kathy, Karen, Robin, Stephanie, Lucas, Taylor, Shannon, Jeremy, Haley, Brian, and Josh; her best friend, Martha Sticks; and a host of other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2014, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the funeral home.
