Leroy Edmonds of Prosper, Texas passed away July 17, 2012 at the age of 43. He was born July 30, 1969 to Leroy Sr. and Loretta (Gilliam) Edmonds in Miami, Florida. Leroy married Laguanda Williams on September 14, 2003 in Miami. He loved cooking, fishing and football, and was a loyal Miami Dolphins fan.
He was survived by his wife, Laguanda Edmonds, of Prosper; sons, Marquaze Edmonds, Leroy McGhee, Malachi Edmonds, all of Prosper; daughter, Keyah Edmonds, also of Prosper; siblings, Shirley Patterson, Sue Cornell and Jimmie Edmonds, all of Miami; mother, Loretta Edmonds, also of Miami and many other loving friends and relatives.
Leroy was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Edmonds, Sr.

A memorial service will be held, 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
