Mrs. Leota L. Finney, age 93, of McKinney, Texas, passed away May 9, 2006, in McKinney. She was born June 15, 1912, in Paris, Texas, to Doc and Lottie (Mayo) Leverette. She married William Breckeen Finney on July 17, 1934, in Paris, Texas. Mrs. Finney was a member of the First Baptist Church in McKinney. She was a member of the Halcyon Club, the Wednesday Book Review, the Pink Lady's Hospital Auxillary, and attended the University of Arkansas where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She is survived by her daughters, Ann Mouzon of Richardson, Texas, and Beth Bragg and husband, Frank Dudenhefer of Austin, Texas; grandchildren, Mandy Bragg McConnell, Ty Bragg, Bill Bragg, Mike Mouzon, Beth Ann Mouzon Tolson, and Katherine Mouzon Flatt; and 10 great-grandchildren. Her husband, William B. Finney, and her son-in-law, H. D. Mouzon, preceded in her in death. A family graveside service was held Thursday, May 11, 2006, at Ridgeview Memorial Park.
