Ms. Laurie Ann Haning, age 42, of Denison, Texas passed away May 12, 2006, in Denison. She was born September 2, 1963, in Dallas, Texas to Joe Wayne and Mary (Lewis) Haning. Ms. Haning graduated from Allen High School in Allen, Texas in 1982, and attended Richland College. She was a member of the MLS Board and was instrumental in putting MLS listings on the internet. She received a technology award from the Business Women’s and Professional Association in Austin. She was also a member of the Church of Christ faith. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Mary Haning-Barefoot and John Barefoot of Anna, Texas; sister, Michele Haning of Anna, Texas; brothers, Philip Haning and wife, Mary of Denison and David Haning of Gunter, Texas; step-brother, John Barefoot and wife, Eyelyn of San Antonio, Texas; 6 nieces, 1 nephew, 1 great-nephew and many other loving relatives and friends. Her father, Joe Wayne Haning preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 17, 2006, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Bro. Bill James officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
