Kevin Alford Moore, age 47, of Allen, Texas, passed away April 5, 2008, in Denton, Texas. He was born May 14, 1960, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Dr. Don D. and Carol (Alford) Moore. Kevin grew up in Baton Rouge graduating from Lee High and with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in History from Louisiana State University. Kevin was a member of the Dallas Chapter of the LSU Alumni Club and was employed by Knowledge Base Marketing, in Richardson, Texas, for over 11 years. Kevin loved the outdoors, travel, theater, books, and the LSU Tiger football team. He is survived by his wife Kathleen; his parents Carol and Dr. Don Moore, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his son Chad Novak, of Wichita Falls, Texas, two daughters, Amy Novak, of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Marcy Novak, of Abilene, Texas; and a sister, Sherry Curry and husband Bill, nephews Paul and Michael of Lafayette, Louisiana. A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 10, 2008, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
