Kathy Leggiero, age 53, of McKinney, Texas passed away March 31, 2005, in Plano, Texas. She was born on November 12, 1951, in El Paso, Texas to Gilbert and Dorothy Carty Salcedo. On February 15, 1975, she married Stephen Leggiero in El Paso. Kathy was a graduate of University of Texas in El Paso. She was a former president of Sherwood Elementary School PTA in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was also a member of Anderson Kinderveldt in Cincinnati. She is survived by her husband, Stephen of McKinney; sons, Ryan Leggiero and his wife, Kari, Kyle Leggiero; and her daughter, Melissa Leggiero all of McKinney; mother, Dorothy Salcedo and brother, Kevin Salcedo both of El Paso; and numerous other loving family and friends. Her father, Gilbert preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 3, 2005, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment will follow at Ridgeview West Memorial Park in Frisco, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Saturday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
