June Marie Logan, age 87, of McKinney, Texas, formerly of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Lubbock, Texas, passed away January 8, 2015. June was born June 1, 1927 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Hubert R. and Blanche (Reed) Heichelheim. She received her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, where she was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Oklahoma City University.
She is survived by her sons, Clifford K. Logan, III and wife Jackie of Austin, Texas, David Logan and wife Eva of Fairview, Texas; grandchildren, David Logan, Jr. and Allie Carrell; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
June is preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Blanche Heichelheim and brother, Hubert R. Heichelheim.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
