Juanita Crosson Stokes, of McKinney, Texas passed away October 12, 2012 at the age of 91. She was born on April 24, 1921, in McKinney, Texas, to George and Mary Bell (Blazer) Crosson. She grew up in McKinney, Texas where she attended schools. On January 12, 1951, Juanita married Walter Stokes, in Houston, Texas. Juanita’s hobbies included drinking coffee, gossiping and reminiscing about old times.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Juanita is preceded in death by her husband Walter Stokes and parents, George and Mary Bell Crosson.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, October 15, 2012, at Grand View Memorial Park, in Pasadena, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., on Saturday evening, October 13, 2012 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
