Mr. Johnny E. Hamilton, age 67, of Plano, Texas passed away June 1, 2007. He was born April 11, 1940, in Oklaunion, Texas to Ocie Guy and Wilhemina Katrina (Gaebler) Hamilton. Mr. Hamilton worked as a construction worker for over forty years and was a member of New Heritage Fellowship Church in Allen, Texas. He is survived by his daughter, Terri Hamilton and fiancé, Monte Moss of Billings, Oklahoma and Terri’s mother Patsy Daily of Waukomis, Oklahoma; son, Spencer Hamilton of Plano, Texas and his mother, Cecilia Hamilton; brothers, Ocie “Corky” Hamilton and his wife, Vera of Plano, Texas, Thomas J. Hamilton of Plano, Texas and Jesse Leon “Skeeter” King of Abilene, Texas; sister, Shirley Ruth Owen and her husband, Gary of Mayview, Missouri and a host of other family members and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, Ocie and Wilhemina Hamilton. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 4, 2007, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Pastor Terry Cartwright officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
