John James Hardy, age 64, of McKinney, Texas, passed away April 2, 2008, in Dallas, Texas. He was born February 5, 1944, in Reno, Nevada, the son of Earl and Olive (French) Hardy. John served his country in the United States Army. On December 27, 1963, he married Connie Santa Maria in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He was a legal clerk. He is survived by his wife of forty-four years, Connie; son, Damon Hardy and his wife, Jodie of McKinney; daughter, Miloche Kottman and her husband, Joe of Lawrence, Kansas; son, Jamie Hardy and his wife, Angela of Taylorsville, Utah; grandchildren, Gianna, Sebastian, Ayden and Brendan Hardy, Chelsea and Alina Hail and Tyler Kottman; brothers, Albert Hardy and his wife, Geraldine of Thomaston, Georgia and Darrel Hardy and his wife, Evangelina of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; and brother-in-law, Frank Santa Maria and his wife, Francis of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Monday, April 7, 2008, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Dr. Mark Forrest officiating.
