Mr. Joel Scott Douglas, age 18, of Princeton, Texas passed away on December 19, 2004, in Princeton. He was born on February 5, 1986 in McKinney, Texas to Mark Steven and Kay Lynn (Redden) Douglas. Joel was a partner in Douglas Custom Cabinets in Princeton and attended the Faith Baptist Church in Princeton, Texas. He is survived by his parents, Mark and Kay Lynn Douglas; brother, Justin Douglas; sister, Jennifer Douglas all of Princeton, Texas; grandparents, S.J. and Helen Douglas of Merritt, Texas, Doug and Ann Redden of Princeton, Texas; great grandparents, Blaine and Helen Hall of McKinney, Texas; and several other loving relatives. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at the First Baptist Church in McKinney with Rev. Stan Fike officiating. Interment will follow at Princeton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas in memory of Joel Douglas.
