Jerry Stovall, of Allen, Texas, passed away on October 16, 2010. Jerry was born January 16, 1943, in Georgia, to Holt and Cecil (Dodson) Stovall. On August 20, 1984 he married Dorthea Bowles in Garland, Texas. Jerry loved to travel and was taken by the remarkable beauty of Montana, the Rockies and Black Hills. He was also an avid NASCAR fan and truly enjoyed the trip to Talladega Hall of Fame. He had two dogs named Anabell and Muffin that he adored and who loved him in return. Jerry and his wife enjoyed their trips together be they short or long. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his wife, children, family, and friends. Jerry is survived by his wife, Dorthea Stovall; son, DeWayne Stovall; daughters, Stephanie O. Stovall and Jodie Milliean; sisters, Shirley Turner, Dianne Moore, and Nancy Stovall; brothers, Billy Stovall and Donald Stovall. He was preceded in death by his parents.
