Jeff Rufus Brown, Jr. Nov. 5, 1931 - Dec. 9, 2012 Jeff Rufus Brown, Jr., 81, of Round Rock, Bryan, and Farmersville, Texas passed away December 9, 2012 at his residence in Round Rock.
He was born November 5, 1931 in Nevada, Texas the son of Jeff Brown, Sr. and Eddie Mae Welch Brown.
He married Sylvia Simpson April 11, 1953 in McKinney, Texas. Mr. Brown professed the Baptist faith, served in the U.S. Air Force, and retired as a retail grocer. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dana K. Brown. Survivors include his wife Sylvia; and son, Jeffrey K. Brown and wife, Melissa, of Georgetown, Texas; daughter, E. Denise Brown; and son, Jeremy D. Brown and wife, Karen, all of Round Rock; five siblings, Eddie W. Brown of Leander, Texas, J. Robert Brown and wife Patsy of Garland, Texas, Frank W. Brown and wife Nancy of Plano, Texas, Carola B. Seaton of Rotan, Texas, and Beverly J. Hurt and husband Jim of Glendora, California. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
