Jauniece McCrary Kinney

Jauniece McCrary Kinney, formerly of Murphy, Texas passed away November 10, 2014. She was born December 5, 1922 to Elbert Green and Jewel (Noles) McCrary. On April 22, 1941, Jauniece married Raymond W. Kinney in Dallas, Texas. She grew up in Anna, Texas where she graduated from Anna High School in 1938. Jauniece was an executive secretary for E-Systems, now Raytheon, for over 35 years until her retirement in 1985. She donated her time, effort and support to those in need; thousands of stuffed animals and toys were donated by her to Buckner Children’s Home and Scottish Rite Hospital. Jauniece was a volunteer for Allen Community Outreach. She enjoyed playing games and was a member of the Anna Country Club; where she enjoyed playing bridge for many years. She was known to bring the best and funniest gag gift for bridge prizes.

She is survived by her children, Ray Kinney and wife Bonnie of Dallas, Texas and Betsy Railsback of Forney, Texas; grandchildren, Craig Railsback and wife Lynette, Jason Railsback and wife Anita, Brian Railsback and wife Cari, Diana Lobb Bartholomew and husband Kenny, Julie Kinney Morgan and husband Mark; great-grandchildren, Jake Morgan, Kyle Morgan, Jackson Railsback, Helen Railsback, Lola Railsback, Charlotte Railsback and Liam Railsback; a host of other loving family and friends.

Jauniece is preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Jewel McCrary; husband, Raymond W. Kinney; daughter, Karen Lobb; brothers, Ray and Tom; and sisters, Tess, Imogene and Jauniece’s twin Bernice.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 14, 2014 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Thursday evening at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
