Jari-Lynn Elkins, age 60, of Denton, Texas passed away March 23, 2008. She was born August 25, 1947 in Mena, Arkansas to Wesley and Jackie (Upton) Elkins. Jari-Lynn was employed with Home Depot in Denton for 10 years and of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her sisters, Joyce Kackley of McKinney, Texas, Jacqueline Sparks of Denton, Texas, Janice Edmonds of Colorado and Judy Maryovich of Balch Springs, Texas; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews and other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Janette Benezue; three nephews, Ronnie Joe Benezue, Shawn Sumrall, Cade Kackley and niece, Misty Maryovich. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 28, 2007 in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Jim Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Thursday to pay their respects and to sign the register book.
