Janell Bailey Florence, age 68, of McKinney, Texas, passed away September 28, 2010, in McKinney. Janell was born November 2, 1941, in Prosper, Texas, to D. A. and Dorothy May (McNeis) Bailey. She was the business manager of Frozen Ropes in McKinney. Janell was a twenty-five year past member of Vineyard Christian Fellowship of McKinney. She was a current member of First Baptist Church of McKinney. She is survived by her son, Danny Florence and wife, Judy of McKinney, Texas; daughters, Connie Luna and husband, Wayne and Sherry Sadler and husband, Billy, both of McKinney; grandchildren, Stacie, Stefani, Josh, AJ, Matthew, Montana, and Bailey; great-grandchildren, Luke, Sevin, Kailey, Xander, and Dakota; brothers, Tommy Bailey and wife, Linda of Prosper, Texas, Johnny Bailey and wife, Pat of Denton, Texas, Kenneth Bailey and wife, June of Greenville, Texas, Brian Bailey and wife, Gloria of McKinney, Texas; sister, Kathy Russell and husband, Phil of Emory, Texas, Murri Hicks and husband, Terry of Tioga, Texas, Joy Fisher and husband, Michael of Pottsboro, and Gay Potvin of Prosper, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 2, 2010, at First Baptist Church in McKinney, Texas with a reception to follow. Pastor Chris Stull and Pastor Dane Yarbrough will officiate. A private interment will be held at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Friday to pay their respects and to sign the register book.
