Jacobine Ekeni Ikpeme, age 68, of Plano, Texas, passed away September 5, 2012, in Plano. Jacobine was born June 24, 1944, in Limbe, Cameroon, to John Bwindi and Kellie Ekongolo. She lived in Cameroon until 2003 when she moved to the United States. Jacobine was in business doing building construction and trading in clothing and pharmaceuticals.
She is survived by her three children; eight grandchildren; two sisters; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 22, 2012, at Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church in Allen, Texas. An inurnment will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 23, 2012, at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen.
