Jacob Daniel Hayes age 24, of Allen, Texas passed away on December 17, 2008. He was born on July 28, 1984, in Plano, Texas to James Hayes and Bambi Dawn (Willis) Hayes. He was just accepted into the Collin College Fire Academy and served his country proudly as a combat veteran in Iraq as a Lance Corporal in the United States Marines Kilo company, 3rd battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine division. He is survived by his parents, daughter, Lillie Ruth Hayes and sister, Jennifer Power all of Allen, Texas; brother, James Hayes and wife Kelly of Sulphur Springs, Texas; sister, Julie Hayes-Smith and husband Kevin of Austin, Texas; nephews, Hayden Power, Dylan Power and Brittnye Loewen of Allen, Texas; grandparents, James and Glynda Willis of Quitman, Texas; Suzanne Parten of Allen, Texas; J.C. and Margaret Hayes of Little Elm, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 22, 2008 in the Chapel at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, with Terry Eaton officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Cemetery in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., on Sunday, December 21, 2008 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
