Mrs. Jackie Ray Parchman, age 78, of Lucas, Texas passed away February 21, 2006, at her home. She was born April 10, 1927, in Jayton, Texas to Lewis W. and Pearl Gustava (Hagin) McCombs. On May 12, 1944, she married W.T. Parchman, Jr. in Post, Texas. Mrs. Parchman was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her daughter, Alexis D. Youmans of Lucas; sons, Douglas Dwaine Parchman of Lucas and Gordon Ray Parchman of California; grandchildren, Christopher Loyd Youmans of San Diego, California, Saundra Leigh Lucero of Allen, Texas, Kayla Neile Parchman of Sacramento, California, and Brian Douglas Parchman of Reno, Nevada; great grandchildren, Sabrina Duran Lucero of Allen, Texas, Joshua Christopher Youmans of San Diego and Danielle Rose Lucero of Lucas. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.T. Parchman, Jr.; parents, Lewis W. and Pearl McCombs, 2 sisters and 3 brothers; and son, Richard Neal Parchman. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 25, 2006, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Kelly Montgomery and Rev. Russell Parchman officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Friday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
