Jack Gardner of Horseshoe Bay, Texas was born in Butte, Montana on September 20, 1938 and passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. A former Montana resident, he forever had Butte in his heart. Jack was a graduate of Boys Central Class of 1956 going on to graduate from University of Montana School of Pharmacy, Class of 1961. Jack’s life was a constant celebration shared with everyone who knew him.

A Special Thank you for the caring individuals at Prairie Estates and the excellent team of Nurses and Doctors at Centennial Medical Center.
