Mr. Howard Pitts, age 86, of Plano, Texas passed away August 26, 2006, in Plano. He was born May 26, 1920, to and preceded in death by his parents, James and Margaret (Mack) Pitts. On February 26, 1968, he married Guadalupe Fabela in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Pitts served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of World War II. He was employed for 40 years by Lennox Heating and Air Company retiring as the Director of Corporate Services. He was a member of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his wife, Lupe Pitts of Plano, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 30, 2006, at St. Marks Catholic Church, Plano, Texas. Interment will follow at Pecan Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Rosary beginning at 7:30 pm.
