Harlon Royce Stewart, age 77, of Princeton, Texas passed away August 16, 2005, in McKinney, Texas. He was born August 11, 1928, in McKinney to Howard and Lula Crise Stewart. Mr. Stewart was a truck driver for Pacific Motor Transport in Dallas, Texas for 36 years. He is survived by his wife, Betty Gotcher Stewart of Prosper, Texas; children, Michael Stewart and wife, Nelda of Rockwall, Texas, Danny Stewart and wife, Diane, Tommy Stewart and wife, Brenda, David Stewart and wife, Rita all of Princeton and Gina Rutherford and husband, Mark of Prosper; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lillian Thompson and husband, Carl of Howe, Texas, Norma Morrison and husband, James of Richardson, Texas and Carolyn Barnes and husband, Sammy of Allen, Texas. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Billie Langley; brother, Hulen Stewart and his parents. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 18, 2005, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Bobby Baker officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
