Grace Ella Hancock, age 83, of McKinney, Texas, passed away March 3, 2015. Grace was born November 5, 1931, in Winters, Texas, to Henry Lawson and Neva (Powell) Hendrix.
She is survived by her son, Rodney Wayne Hancock of Fairview, Texas; brother, Lawson Hendrix of San Angelo, Texas; sister, Doris Vinson of Bakersville, California; grandchildren, Matthew Hancock and Marissa Urias; and great-granddaughter, Briella Urias.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Truett Hendrix, sister, Barbara Luxton, and husband, Wiley Truett Hancock.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 7, 2015, at Wingate Cemetery in Wingate, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., Friday evening at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
