Glyniece Idella Zielen, age 85 of Plano, Texas passed away suddenly on February 26, 2008 in Plano. She was born on November 3, 1922 in Heaton, North Dakota to Albert and Alvina (Bietz) Unterseher. Glyniece worked in the food industry for the Minnesota School District. She was a member of the Plano Baptist Church. Glyniece is survived by her children, Jan Schliem and husband, Thom of Frisco, Texas, James Zielen and wife, Sue of Mexico, Terri Prestegard and husband, Don of Bloomington, Minnesota, Glenda Gardner of Savage, Minnesota; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Alden, Loren, Arlo, Marlene, Dennis and Karen; great-aunt Velma; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She will also be missed by David Davenport who was her best bingo buddy and great friends, Narci Munoz and Stella Momet. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Glyniece’s name to either St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church of Frisco Building Fund (972)712-2645 or Plano Baptist Church (972)424-8551.
