Mrs. Gloria Noone, age 80, of Plano, Texas passed away January 12, 2004, at the Medical Center of Plano. She was born February 22, 1923, in New York, New York to John A. and Anna Deborah (McManus) Byrne. On May 1, 1948, she married John Joseph Noone in New York. Mrs. Noone was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her husband, John J. Noone, of Plano; sons, Brian Noone and wife, Bonnie, of McMurray, Pennsylvania and Greg Noone and wife, Christie, of Saginaw, Texas; daughters, Gloria Drumm of McKinney, Texas, Elaine Noone, of Long Island, New York, Diane Ticse and husband, Bing, of Englishtown, New Jersey, and Nancy Vadimsky and husband, Tony, of Branchburg, New Jersey; 14 grandchildren; sisters, Muriel Lehanka of Florida and Evelyn Stevens of Syracuse, New York; brother, Jack Byrne of Levittown, New York; and nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. Her parents; son, John S. Noone; and sister, Anna Sullivan, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 15, 2004, at St. Marks Catholic Church in Plano with Deacon Michael Carrell officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
