Mrs. Gladys Marie Woods of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away May 8, 2011 at United Regional Hospital.
She was born May 9, 1933 in Merit, Texas the daughter of Samuel Burt and Gladys Metheny Tawater.
She was married to Ron Woods who preceded her in death in 2000. She was a homemaker and her years were spent in retail sales. She was a Baptist and is survived by her children; Warren Dean Franks and wife Linda of Littlefield, Texas, Donna Jean Bills of Wichita Falls, Texas and Mark Wesley Franks of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her brother; Weldon Tawater of Greenville, Texas and sisters; Margaret Conner of Gainsville, Texas, Shirley Harris and husband Charlie of Tennessee Colony, and Nita Smith of Greenville, Texas. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
