Geraldine (Moye) Burns, age 83, of Frisco, Texas passed away on February 3, 2012. She was born on January 4, 1929 in Port Arthur, Texas to Lilly Bell (Loftin) and Luther Laird Moye. She was a long-time member of Eastern Star Lodge #259 of Denton, Texas and enjoyed playing dominoes at the Frisco Senior Center. Geraldine was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Frisco. Geraldine is survived by her daughter, Cindy Burns of Frisco, Texas; three grandchildren, James Avery of San Diego, California, Crystal Morris and husband, Richard of Prosper, Texas and Ashley Kilmer and husband, Robert of Celina, Texas; three great grandchildren, Ava and Garrett Morris and Kinsley Kilmer; brother, Laird Moye of Warren, Texas; niece, Pam Gladden Wolf; and four nephews, Jackie and Willie Hildabrand and Lynn and Reggie Jackson. Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents, son, Gary Burns, grandson, Justin Mills Avery, sisters, Juanita Jackson, El Hildabrand and LaVone Gladden. A Funeral Service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Frisco on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 1:00 PM. A visitation will be held at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco on Sunday, February 5, 2012 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
