Gabrielle Brooke Orahood was born without heartbeat on August 29, 2012 at Centennial Medical Center in Frisco, Texas. She was the cherished infant daughter of Erin (Koebbe) and John Orahood III. She was the answer to her parent’s prayers. They waited for her birth with hopeful expectation but, God had a different plan.
She is being greeted in heaven by her great-grandparents, Dodie Brinkman, Rita Buchheit, Albert Koebbe, Harry and Marion Buie, and John and Josephine Orahood. She is mourned on earth by her grandparents, Jack and Jan Koebbe of West Chester, Ohio and Phil and Mary Alyce Orahood of Fairfield, Ohio; great- grandmother, Armella Brinkman; aunts and uncles, Jaime Orahood, Kristen and Brad Clark, Allison and Bryan Dettmer; and cousins, Owen, Greta and Liam Clark, Mackenzie and Kaitlyn Dettmer. She is also survived by many great aunts, great uncles, cousins and extended family and friends who closely followed Gabrielle’s special journey on caringbridge.org.
There is no footprint so small that it cannot leave an imprint on the world.
A funeral service will be held 12:00 noon, Friday, August 31, 2012 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel with Father Don Zeiler officiating. Interment is to follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.
