Freny Samuel Samson, age 91, of McKinney, Texas, passed away September 22, 2011, in McKinney. Freny was born September 20, 1920, in Bandra Bombay, India, to Hirjibhoy and Tehmina (Patel) Jasubhoy. She married Samuel Abraham Samson on September 23, 1946, in Bombay, India. In 1985 Freny and Samuel immigrated to the United States and lived in New Orleans, Louisiana, as well as McKinney, Texas She is survived by her husband, Samuel Abraham Samson of McKinney, Texas; son, Philip Samson and wife, Genevieve of McKinney, Texas; daughter, Diane Wilensky and husband, Michael of New Orleans, Louisiana; grandchildren, Shira Wilensky, Joshua Wilensky, Alain Samson, and Andre Samson; brother, Rusi Jasubhoy of Bombay, India; and numerous other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Nergish. The family will receive friends during a visitation at 9:00 a.m. Sunday, September 23, 2011, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas with Dr. Poras Bulsara officiating. A private family prayer service will follow.
