Francine Cecil, age 80, of Richardson, Texas passed away on March 18, 2007 in Richardson. She was born February 16, 1927, in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. She is survived by her son, David Cecil and his wife Sandy of Allen, TX; daughter, Vicki Williams and her husband Olie of Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Jill Lee and her husband Dan of Richardson, TX, Steven Cecil of Grapevine, TX, Chris Williams of Richardson, TX, and Courtney Williams of Plano, TX; great-granddaughter, Emberleigh Cecil; and brother, Stanley Beale of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. Preceding her in death were her mother, Daisy Beale; and her grandson, John David Cecil. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Monday to pay their respects. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A private graveside service will be held at Ridgeview Memorial Park.
