Mrs. Eva C. Eaton, age 96, of Plano, Texas passed away January 24, 2011. She was born on July 17, 1914, in Wartrace, Tennessee to Tom and Mary Keeling Thornberry. On July 9, 1934, she married Forrest Eaton in Huntsville, Alabama. Mrs. Eaton was a homemaker and a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church in Frisco, Texas. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Eaton of Plano, Texas; son, L.B. Eaton and wife Yondi of Van Alstyne, Texas; grandson, Kyle Eaton and wife, Margaret of Prosper, Texas; great grandson, Bryant Eaton and great granddaughter, Amanda Eaton of Prosper, Texas; and niece, Caroline Beasley and husband, Chip of Brentwood, Tennessee. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 28, 2011, at Rowlett Cemetery with Dr. Danny Buster officiating. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m., Thursday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
