Estelena LaFollette Sullivanof Branch, Texas passed away July 1, 2015 at the age of 85. She was born December 18, 1929 to C. W. LaFollette and Gertrude (Allison) LaFollette in McKinney, Texas. Estelena married Milo Sullivan, Jr. on January 23, 1952 in McKinney, Texas. She was the Accounts Receivable Manager for Haggar Apparel Company for thirty-eight years until her retirement in 2007. Estelena was the pianist and a member of Branch Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Milo Sullivan of Branch; daughter Debbie Cheatham and husband Bruce of Arlington, Texas and Lynette Williams and husband Ronny of Whitt, Texas; grandchildren, Crystal Harrington of Mineral Wells, Karla Hickman and husband Nate of Richardson, Erin Cook and husband Brian of Houston, Ben Cheatham and wife Cheryl of Houston,; great-grandchildren, Levi, Noah and Asher Hickman.
Estelena was preceded in death by her parents, C.W. and Gertrude LaFollette; brothers, Avery LaFollette, Loyd LaFollette, Metz LaFollette; sisters, Beatrice Burke, Bernice Carroll, Ethel Allen, and Venita Apple.
A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 6, 2015 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Williams Cemetery in McKinney, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
